Two Quick & Elegant Pairings:

1. Smoked Salmon Blinis

The silky texture of smoked salmon works beautifully with the fine bubbles and bright acidity of a Crémant de Bourgogne.

What you need:

12 mini blinis (store-bought or homemade)

100g hot smoked salmon

100g crème fraîche

Fresh dill & lemon zest

How to make it:

One: Top each blini with a dollop of crème fraîche and a small chunk of smoked salmon.

Two: Garnish with fresh dill and lemon zest.

Three: Alternatively beat the topping ingrdients together and spread onto each blini. Pair with a chilled Crémant for the perfect appetizer.

2. Baked Brie with Honey & Almonds

Creamy, gooey baked brie paired with a glass of sparkling wine? Heaven.

What you need:

1 small wheel of brie

2 tbsp honey

Handful of toasted sliced almonds

How to make it:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place brie on a baking tray.

Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with almonds.

Bake for 10 minutes until soft and melty. Serve with crackers and a glass of Crémant.
