Edenvale Shiraz is a bold, alcohol-removed Australian red, made as a full Shiraz from South Eastern Australian fruit and then gently de-alcoholised to less than 0.5% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Edenvale Shiraz offers a deep ruby colour and a ripe, black cherry-scented aroma. Smooth and concentrated, it possesses plenty of dark plummy fruit flavours and spice, so typical of an Australian Shiraz.

A genuinely wine-like red for when you are not drinking, with real depth and spice.

About Edenvale

Edenvale is Australia's leading alcohol-removed wine producer, founded in 2006 to make a genuine wine for people who are not drinking. Each wine starts life as a fully made Australian wine, before the alcohol is gently lifted out in a low-temperature cone-column process that keeps the aromas, flavour and structure of the original largely intact. The result is a properly wine-like drink at less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, roughly the trace found in ripe fruit juice.
