Shipping & Delivery

What's your shipping policy? We charge $10 flat rate shipping nationwide, or enjoy free delivery on orders over $400. Delivery expectations:

  • Central delivery: 1-2 working days for central Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch
  • Most other areas: 2-3 days
  • Rural orders: Usually within 7 days, depending on your local depot

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we deliver throughout New Zealand. Our courier network reaches every corner of the country, with delivery times varying by location as outlined above.

How do you pack the wine? Bottles come packed as they arrive from the winery—in boxes with dividers, ensuring each bottle is properly protected during transport. Our packaging maintains the same quality standards used for restaurant deliveries.

Why might my order arrive in separate shipments? Because our wines are warehoused nationally and some come directly from wineries, your order may arrive in two separate shipments. This allows us to source the best wines from across New Zealand and Australia, sometimes getting bottles straight from the cellar door. Both shipments should arrive within the timeframes above.

Why do you sell by the box (6 bottles)? This is how restaurants buy wine—and in our experience as hosts, you usually need more than one of a good bottle. It allows us to offer reasonable pricing better than single bottle purchases whilst maintaining the same quality standards restaurants expect.

Can I mix different wines in one order? We offer carefully curated mixed boxes for different occasions or to explore different regions and varietals. Since our wines come from different wineries across the country, sometimes directly from wineries, completely custom mixes aren't available at this stage. However, our curated selections offer excellent variety within each mixed box.

Why have I only received part of my order? Because our wines come from wineries and suppliers across the country, one case may arrive before the other. This is completely normal and allows us to maintain direct relationships with producers. Your remaining wines should arrive within the timeframes above, but if you're concerned, just call Laura directly on 021 591 500.
