About Edenvale

Edenvale is Australia's leading alcohol-removed wine producer, founded in 2006 to make a genuine wine for people who are not drinking. Each wine starts life as a fully made Australian wine, before the alcohol is gently lifted out in a low-temperature cone-column process that keeps the aromas, flavour and structure of the original largely intact. The result is a properly wine-like drink at less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, roughly the trace found in ripe fruit juice. Edenvale has been a repeat winner of the International Wine and Spirit Competition's Low and No Wine Producer trophy.
