About Domaine des Pasquiers: Belonging to the Lambert Family since 1935, the Domaine des Pasquiers, with its 87 hectares, extends on several appellations: IGP Vaucluse, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet and Gigondas. In addition, after careful management of the vineyard, the Lambert family began converting the entire vineyard to organic agriculture in 2010. It is on the edge of the Sablet hillsides that the vines of this Côtes du Rhône extend. The light, sandy soil brings freshness to the vines and guarantees them optimum ripeness. The 20-year-old vines have a low yield, thus ensuring a beautiful concentration of aromas.
