Tasting Notes: Brilliant, clear, straw yellow with a golden shimmer. Delicate aromas, pronounced bouquet, fruity (peach, melon) exotic spices, minerals. Medium-bodied, quite rich, fruity, spicy, fresh, dry. Perfect balance of structured flavoursome Pinot Grigio with a crisp dry finish.
Alto Adige (said) "Al-tow AH-dee-jay"
REVIEWS:
James Suckling - 91 Points: "A striking pinot grigio! The pink shimmer in the glass means this could pass for a very pale modern rose and some red-berry fruit on the light and creamy front palate confirms that impression. Then some solid tannins at the herbal finish turn this in a more serious direction."
