The palate delivers juicy pink grapefruit and delicate fennel frond flavours, enhanced by a refreshing bitter edge from short skin fermentation. Energetic and vibrant flow with remarkable texture and great versatility for challenging food pairings.

Pinot Gris, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Blanc—a thoughtful field blend of aromatic varietals enhanced by short skin contact fermentation that adds textural complexity and distinctive bitter edge while preserving vibrant fruit character.
About Amisfield
Established in 1988, Amisfield is a Central Otago specialist producer of Pinot Noir and aromatic whites from their single vineyard estate. All 92 hectares are certified organic by BioGro New Zealand with holistic viticulture focused on nurturing soils, vines, and habitats.
