Tasting Notes
A vibrant style of Pinot Gris with an attractive texture. Fresh yet elegant. Aroma is filled with delicate white flowers, nashi pear, white peach and red apple with a touch of cardamom and clove-like sweet spice. The shape starts with fresh acidity and a juicy textural element from the gentle sweetness and barrel-aged portion. The hallmark Pisa minerality cuts through nicely on the long finish.
Sophisticated Central Otago Pinot Gris showcasing distinctive Pisa minerality and elegant barrel integration—exceptional quality from single-estate fruit.

The Vineyard
Set against the backdrop of the majestic Pisa mountain range, Amisfield is one of the largest single-estate vineyards in Central Otago. The dramatic high country landscape with its continental climate and schist soils creates the perfect environment for cool-climate viticulture, producing wines with distinctive Pisa minerality.
