The 2023 vintage showcases the distinct influence of a cooler growing season, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop nuanced flavours. On the palate, notes of stone fruit intertwine with rich undertones of vanilla and clove, complemented by warm spices and a hint of oak-derived toastiness. The interplay between the oak and fruit results in a balanced finish, with lingering toasty notes that gracefully persist.
