Are you ready to celebrate to small things? Demi bottles are often used for intimate occasions such as romantic dinners, aperitifs, and impromptu celebrations. They are also a popular choice for tastings.
You can think of this as half bottle or 3 (125mL) glasses of champagne.
Tasting Notes: The wine comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft ‘La Cuvée’, a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in our cellars. Laurent-Perrier’s style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. Purity, freshness and elegance – essential characteristics, expressed in this champagne – are a good introduction to the spirit of the House. A pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes such as vine peach and white fruit notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish. Serve between 8°C and 10°C.
About Laurent Perrier: FOUNDED IN 1812, MAISON LAURENT-PERRIER IS ACKNOWLEDGED FOR ITS EXCELLENCE THE WORLD OVER. In 1948 when Bernard de Nonancourt became Chief Executive of Laurent-Perrier, it was a small champagne house producing just 80,000 bottles annually. In the space of 60 years, Laurent-Perrier became a major player on the world stage, instantly recognisable thanks to the determination of that one man. His mantra was “Quality product, quality people”. A unique style of wine based on freshness, purity and elegance was his vision; and the quest for excellence was his unwavering desire. Today, these values are upheld by Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt and Stéphanie Meneux de Nonancourt, his two daughters. Laurent-Perrier has preserved its independence, its entrepreneurial spirit and its unique expertise as it seeks to continually improve the quality of its wines – wines that continue to demonstrate the same creative sensibility and the same quest for pleasure.
