A single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Black Rabbit site, part of the Dicey family's organically farmed Bannockburn holdings in Central Otago.

A rich, complex single-vineyard Pinot Noir balancing dark fruit and savoury earthiness.

Tasting Notes

This wine offers a nose of dark berry, savoury, and floral aromas. On the palate it is rich, complex, and well-structured, with a fine balance of fruit and earthiness and a long, lingering finish. Full-bodied and robust, the dark berry notes are complemented by a subtle hint of spice.

A bold, structured expression of its Bannockburn site.

Why you'll love it: it is a powerful, savoury single-vineyard Pinot for those who like their reds with depth and grip.

About Dicey

Dicey is the family label of brothers Matt and James Dicey, based in Bannockburn in Central Otago. Matt makes the wines and James grows the fruit, drawing on years spent with some of the region's best known names, including Mount Difficulty and Peregrine. The fruit comes from the family's own Bannockburn vineyards, farmed with a low intervention, organic approach, and the wines have become some of the most sought after in Central Otago.

Perfect with: roasted meats or hearty stews.
