A lovely rendition of the variety showing baked apple, wet wool, lemon zest and oatmeal notes, followed by a finely textured palate offering subtle sweetness backed by vibrant acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. Balanced and harmonious with gorgeous complexity. At its best: now to 2031.
