Dense, deep red with purple glints. The nose is complex and spicy, with red berry notes. The palate has a powerful, structured attack softened by a tinge of silky tannins, with red fruit throughout.

About Ferraton Père et Fils

Founded in 1946 by Jean-Orëns Ferraton in Tain l'Hermitage, Ferraton Père et Fils draws on vineyards across the terraced slopes and plains of the Rhône Valley. Now part of the Maison M. Chapoutier family of estates, the house farms a growing share of its vineyards organically and biodynamically, making wines from northern Rhône Syrah through to southern Rhône Grenache blends, each shaped to show its terroir.
