Tasting Notes: Abundantly fruity with ripe mango and marmalade notes on the nose. Creamy the ripe fruit flavours carry through onto the palate, which is concentrated, textural, and has a backbone of fruit acidity and a lingering finish. DRY

Made using handpicked 75 % Organic Pinot Gris/Sauvignon Blanc 2024 from the Odyssey Southern Valley vineyard and 25% Mendoza Chardonnay 2023 grapes from Gisborne’s Golden Triangle, Hebe White encompasses the terroir of both sites, natural winemaking, and a sense of freedom…….
By combining varieties, regions, and vintages we have a wine with texture, length, and a playful note.
Handpicked, the respective wines were a whole bunch pressed into French Puncheons, then fermented wild to dryness with a full malolactic. After the ferments, the wine settled on lees, before being racked out of Puncheon and blended into tank pre-bottling + 10 ppm PMS. Bottle Late November 2024.
