The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon features aromas of juicy blackcurrants, dark chocolate, and mint, complemented by savoury notes of tobacco leaf. The palate is elegantly structured, presenting classic flavours of chocolate and bay leaf that transition into ripe blackberries and fresh thyme in the finish.

The Vintage

The fruit is grown on the Yertabulti and Provis vineyards, located at the northern end of the Clare Valley. This region offers the ideal climate for ripening premium red grapes. Above-average temperatures have contributed to optimal flavour and tannin development across all red varieties. The quality of this year's harvest is excellent.
