Margrain's Pinot Rosé 2023 is a vibrant, characterful rosé from Martinborough in the Wairarapa, made from Pinot Noir.
Martinborough Rosé | Pinot Noir | Vibrant and Characterful
Tasting Notes
This charming, off-dry (3g/l RS) Rosé was produced by selecting specific parcels of fruit from the vineyard, crushing them into an open tank and giving them overnight skin contact with minimal disturbance. They were then gently pressed off to lock in the beautiful hue. Made from fully ripened Pinot Noir grapes, it is both charismatic and alluring and best enjoyed within 1-2 years of production.
A playful, characterful Martinborough rosé with vibrant acidity and a real sense of fun.
Why you'll love it: a rosé with genuine personality, bright, juicy and lively, exactly the wine to liven up a long lunch.
