Reviews
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit - 94 Points: "Rich and plush, the wine shows golden peach, pineapple, vanilla and roasted hazelnut aromas with a hint of brioche complexity. The palate displays excellent concentration and creamy mouthfeel, splendidly framed by juicy acidity. Generous and opulent with a long, satisfying finish. At its best: now to 2030."
The Process
Carefully crafted using traditional techniques with judicious oak ageing to develop the wine's signature vanilla and roasted hazelnut complexity. The brioche notes develop through extended lees contact, creating the creamy texture whilst maintaining vibrant acidity.
