Pinnacle of the range | Single parcel selection | One barrel production
Tasting Notes
Only about one barrel of each wine is released.
This Shiraz displays a deep purple-red hue. The bouquet offers rich aromas of blackberries, chocolatey oak, and a subtle hint of gunflint. On the palate, it is unapologetically full-bodied, brimming with dense blackberry and raspberry fruit, layered with sweet Indian spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, and clove. An earthy undertone and well-integrated chocolatey, nutty oak add complexity. The mouthfeel is textured, luscious, and round, with juicy fruit balanced by velvety tannins. The immense flavour endures across the palate and finishes exceptionally long.
Ultra-limited production from single barrel release—an immense flavour experience with exceptional length.
The Selection
Top-performing vineyards are vinified separately but identically, allowing unique terroir to shine through in this ultra-limited production wine.
