Tasting Notes for Parés Baltà

This sparkling Cava is pale yellow in colour, with medium-intense aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple, alongside delicate floral notes and a subtle creaminess. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, dominated by pure fruit flavours. Light, soft, and refreshing, it finishes with a pleasant, clean elegance.

About Parés Baltà

With roots dating back to 1790, Parés Baltà represents seven generations of family winemaking in Penedès. Their grapes come from five estate vineyards, all farmed organically with a holistic approach led by enologists Maria Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas. Their wines express character and concentration whilst remaining elegant and beautifully balanced.
