About San Silvestro

San Silvestro is a family winery in Novello, in the heart of the Langa del Barolo in Piedmont. Giovanni Sartirano began the business in 1871, and today it is run by Paolo and Guido Sartirano, the fourth generation of the family, who farm about 7 hectares and work with trusted local growers.

Perfect with salads, wholemeal pasta, white meats or fresh cheeses. The freshness of the wine suits lighter dishes.
