Tasting Notes
Salmon pink in appearance, this wine has aromas of bright fresh violets, forest flowers intermingled with delicate rose petals. The palate bursts with intense fresh red fruits, plum and spice, with a creamy texture and tangy acidity on the finish thats gives the wine vibrancy and freshness.
The Blend
Trinity Hill's Gimblett Estate Vineyard, Gimblett Gravels, Hawkes Bay.
Pair it With
A deliciously light style Rose that pairs well with Nicoise & Greek salads, soft cheeses, or cured salmon.
About Trinity Hill:
In 1993, having recognised the outstanding potential of the Hawkes Bays Gimblett Gravels winegrowing district, Trinity Hill became one of the region's early pioneers, planting grapevines on a barren plot that continues to produce exceptional wines today.
