This Cabernet Sauvignon dazzles with a deep ruby red hue. Enticing aromas of blackberry and fresh mint rise from the glass, inviting you in. The palate unfolds with layers of mulberry and blackcurrant, accented by a whisper of menthol and the gentle embrace of French oak. Each sip reveals a tapestry of complexity and balance, finishing with fine-grained tannins. Luscious and juicy, brimming with black fruits, this wine is generous yet soft, culminating in an elegant, lingering finish.

The Soil

South Australia's Coonawarra has unique soils referred to as terra rossa. It is about 380 kilometres (240 mi) south-east of Adelaide, close to the border with Victoria. The cool climate creates the perfect conditions for Shiraz with distinctive spice, pepper, and red fruit character.
