This Shiraz pours a deep purple-red, bursting with spice, pepper, and a touch of leather alongside vibrant red fruits.  The palate is rich and full, layered with savoury olive and spice, balanced by subtle oak. Silky tannins lead to a smooth, moreish finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

The Terroir

South Australia's Coonawarra has unique soils referred to as terra rossa. It is about 380 kilometres (240 mi) south-east of Adelaide, close to the border with Victoria. The cool climate creates the perfect conditions for Shiraz with distinctive spice, pepper, and red fruit character.
